This document includes the Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other agreements for clients of Patient Therapies LLC.

All readers and clients are directed to discuss their desire to make dietary and/or lifestyle changes with their medical provider prior to engaging in health coaching. Therefore, this company & website is not intended to replace medical advice. Patient Therapies LLC does not diagnose, treat or cure any diseases. The material contained in this website is presented as information only and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking medical advice nor discontinue medical treatment because of something you have read or accessed through this site.

Terms & Conditions

This company website is owned and operated by Patient Therapies, LLC. This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use the website and services as offered. This website offers visitors health coaching, lifestyle & nutrition information. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use this website and/or receive services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Patient Therapies LLC provides health coaching. Clients are responsible for notifying Patient Therapies LLC of any food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances. The client bears responsibility for notifying Patient Therapies LLC of any restrictions that will impact their program, including medical, physical, psychological, and also including cultural and religious considerations. 

Every person is unique and therefore responses to health changes will vary widely. Patient Therapies LLC will not be held liable, under any circumstance, for the results. Patient Therapies LLC presents all information with the understanding that knowledge regarding health & food are dynamic and ever changing fields and reserves the right to update their information accordingly.

Return & Refund Policy

Patient Therapies LLC provides health and nutrition coaching. We do not provide refunds on coaching services. Any prepaid sessions that have not been used will be reimbursed at the customer’s request; Please give 30 days to process the refund. Patient Therapies LLC reserves the right to decline services for any reason and at any time.

Supplement Purchases

Patient Therapies, LLC, is partnered with Fullscript to provide vitamins and supplement products. Fullscript is responsible for the payment processing, products and return policies. By purchasing products from Fullscript, you acknowledge that you must coordinate returns and product issues with Fullscript.

Purchases Terms

The prices we charge for using services are set by Patient Therapies LLC. We reserve the right to change the prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Liability & Arbitration

You agree to indemnify and hold Rose Patientand/or Patient Therapies LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of this website or any of the services offered on this website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rose Patient and/or Patient Therapies LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rose Patient assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from services provided; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of the secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this document periodically. Your continued use of the Website or service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Any legal disputes will be required to be resolved under arbitration in the Oakland County District Courts in Michigan. The client, by acknowledging these terms and conditions, has waived their right to a trial.  All matters of legal dispute will be settled in an arbitration process. Awards will not exceed the amount paid for services rendered, or the value of products purchased. There is no additional compensation allowed, only reimbursement for services provided. All clients of Patient Therapies LLC agree to these conditions.

Patient Therapies LLC will not be held liable for any harm or damages incurred by the client. All clients have been informed of the need to consult a physician prior to obtaining services through Patient Therapies LLC, in order to have the appropriate medical clearances, as outlined above, and on the website: www.patienttherapies.com.

Privacy Policy

Patient Therapies LLC will first ask for your consent before collecting your information. Patient Therapies LLC values yours trust and does not sell information to third parties. By submitting your email address and other personal information, you are consenting to allow Patient Therapies LLC to use of this data for communication and health assessment purposes.

This website is hosted by Wix, and they are GDPR compliant.

Uploading information

Patient Therapies LLC does not sell your information to anyone for any reason. When participating on the member forum, you recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. Member forum participants agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

Patient Therapies LLC may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the website without notice and liability for any reason, including if  you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

Opting out

By sharing your information, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email, or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

If at any time you wish to opt out of communications, you can easily do so by sending an email to rose@patienttherapies.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”. By doing so, any member privileges you have to this website will also be discontinued. Your user information will no longer be publicly visible.
